Comprised of members of the Smith Street Society Jazz Band, the Keystone Cops band offers a visual difference from the typical Dixieland band. Can be used as a pass through with other costumed entertainers (clowns, mimes, etc.). Can also be one of several costumes worn by the musicians at the same event (marching band, clown band, Bavarian band).
